EQP is a ‘Data Controller’ for the website portal services described in section two. This means that we are responsible for deciding how and why we hold and use personal data about you.
In this Privacy Notice, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ will always mean EQP, as Data Controller.

The information you give us, or that we collect through your use of our services, may contain your or another person’s personal data. When we contact you via email, one of our service providers uses services outside of the EEA and EU. For these transfers, we utilise Model Clauses recognised by the European Commission.

10.1 - Children (16 years and under) and Vulnerable Adults
We are committed to the privacy protection of children and vulnerable adults. If you are aged 16 or under‚ and we need to process your personal data you must obtain the permission of your parent/guardian before you share your personal data with us.
